Several wedding industries publish Carillon Beach wedding venues. This business allows couples to access venue planning services, event organizations, local wedding planners, and event managers.
Carillon Weddings has 13 venues to choose from, accommodating both small and large weddings. Large celebrations might choose The Meeting House, Carillon Beach, Village Green, Bellview Park Green, and Bellview Park Pool. Downtown venues include Downtown Lofts, Market Street, Inn Terrace, Carillon Pier, Resort Green, and Downtown Fountain. These venues are ideal if you are looking for smaller, more intimate weddings.
It is possible that another wedding will occur on the same day at one of the other Carillon Beach venues. Still, all marriages can have maximum privacy as a courtesy for couples and their guests. Weddings can occur at any of the main Carillon Beach venues but not in the private homes in the community. Couples must get permission from the private homeowner to host an event at their residence. It is against community policy to get married on the beach in front of a rental home (unless you are the homeowner). Couples would be required to rent the beach walkover venue.
The Meeting House can accommodate up to 50 guests for an indoor ceremony and reception. The deck can be used for drinks and appetizers during cocktail hour. Conveniently, the expansive side decks can hold up to 30 guests with chairs included.
Carillon Beach has almost a mile of breathtaking coast on the Gulf of Mexico. Bellview Park Green is the largest lawn in Carillon Beach and is a fantastic location for wedding photos. Bellview Park Pool can host a cocktail hour, and Bellview Park Green is the ideal location for the bride and groom’s grand entrance, a lively dinner, and a night of dancing.
Carillon Weddings offer packages for all types of weddings and elopements, as well as bridal showers and engagement parties. Packages include accommodations, set up and clean up liability insurance, and pet-friendly facilities. In addition, Carrion Weddings also offers full and partial event planning, budget analysis, event design, vendor referrals, wedding timelines, and to-do lists.
Carillon Beach allows guests to apply for a bonfire permit. There is an additional fee to have a bonfire at the beach. The venue coordinator can speak with couples about their options for rentals.
There is no preferred vendor list, but couples can access a list of recommended vendors that have worked with the venues before and are respected businesses in the community. You simply accomplish your wedding planning by using vendors that have previously worked with Carillon Weddings. Recommended vendors include everything from photographers to caterers to officiants. Event planners can recommend a couple’s vendors depending on their style and needs.
These properties require a wedding planner, but couples must choose their outside wedding planner as the venue does not provide one. Carillon Weddings oversees the venues but does not serve as a wedding planner. A wedding planner organizes all weddings and will help ensure couples have a stress-free day.
Carillon Beach also requires every wedding event to hire an off-duty Bay County Deputy to provide security. Carillon Weddings arranges this and pays the officer directly. Suppose couples need a beach wedding to be handicap accessible. In that case, Carillon Weddings can arrange for an insured Carillon Beach Institute staff member to assist in helping everyone get safely to the ceremony site.
Couples receive their damage deposit within 30 days after their wedding.
